Joint Announcement of the Agricultural Departments of the United Kingdom

The latest national statistics produced by Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on UK farm gate milk prices and composition of milk were released on 31st January 2013 according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.

The latest data relates to December 2012.

• UK average butterfat and protein content of milk
