The survey of users' views has closed and the results are now available in the 'Summary of Users' Views'. HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is grateful to all who provided input into the survey though if you missed the opportunity to do so, you can still provide feedback via HMRC's user registration by following the link below. You can also elect to be notified of any updates to the statistics such as consultations.
This is part of their commitment to user engagement and helps them to understand who their users are and helps them to improve the service they provide. If you have already given HMRC your details via the survey of users' views, and said that you would like to hear from them in future then please note that you would not need to register again.
