From 4 to 15 March 2013 local authorities (LAs) will be able to familiarise themselves with the Children Looked After (CLA) system. The Department will send a system access link at the start of this two-week familiarisation period.
Please use your login details from previous years. If you need a reminder of your username and password, please contact the Education Data Division (EDD) helpdesk by completing a service request form.
All queries must be sent to the helpdesk in the first instance during the familiarisation period. The helpdesk will allocate queries to the Department’s CLA contacts as required.
We are currently testing system functions and validation rules prior to release.
Change to CLA system access requests
CLA 2012–13 system access only needs to be requested for users who did not have access to the 2011–12 data collection. This is a change from last year.
Please only complete a data collection access form if you need to request access.
It would be helpful if requests for access could be made by Thursday 28 February 2013.
If you no longer have CLA responsibilities within your authority and wish to be removed from our distribution list, please advise the EDD helpdesk by completing a service request form.
