Population Projections Scotland       
The latest Population projections for Scotland, by sex and single year of age. This section also includes historical data back to 2001 and Revised 1994-based Population Projections, and variant Population Projections for Scotland.

Sub-National Population Projections
This section contains the latest Population projections for Scottish council and NHS board areas, by sex, age and administrative area and historical data back to 2002.

Population Projections for Scotland’s Strategic Development Plan Areas and National Parks
The latest publications of Population Projections for Scotland’s Strategic Development Plan Areas and National Parks and Variant Population Projections for Scotland’s Strategic Development Plan Areas and National Parks. This section also contains historical data on Population and Household Projections for Scotland’s Strategic Development Plan Areas and Scotland's National Parks.

Small Area Population Projections

Projections for small areas of Scotland below council area level are not produced by NRS, except for the national parks. This section contains guidance for councils, NHS boards and others who need to produce their own population projections at local level.
