Speed of processing is a measure of the average time it takes to process a:
- new Housing Benefit claim
- change in circumstance of an existing Housing Benefit claimant
The average time is measured in calendar days, rounded to the nearest day.
The statistics on this page are for:
- April to June 2020 (quarter 1, financial year 2020 to 2021)
- July to September 2020 (quarter 2, financial year 2020 to 2021)
- October to December 2020 (quarter 3, financial year 2020 to 2021)
