Details

Table 9.4 is published each July and records amounts subscribed to cash and stocks and shares ISAs, and the number of ISA accounts receiving subscriptions for the tax year just ended, and for preceding years.

Table 9.6 is published each September and records the total market value of savings in cash and stocks and shares ISA accounts at the end of the tax year just ended, and for preceding years. This valuation is inclusive of any investment return retained in the ISA and for stock market revaluations, and is net of any withdrawals of capital.
