Details

The Climate Change Levy (CCL) and Carbon Price Floor (CPF) Bulletin National Statistics present statistics from the different rates of CCL and CPF administered by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

The CCL and CPF Bulletin is updated bi-annually. It includes statistics on receipts up to the latest full month before its release, and statistics relating to clearances that are one month behind that of receipts.

As a result of the recent consultation on the reduction and consolidation of HMRC statistics publications, the CCL and CPF Bulletin will be published within the ‘Environmental Taxes Bulletin’ annually from 30 June 2021.

Archive versions of the CCL and CPF Bulletin published on GOV.UK after January 2021 are hosted on this GOV.UK page.

Archive versions of the CCL and CPF Bulletin published between March 2008 and January 2021 are found on the UK Trade Info website.

User should note that between March 2008 and April 2013, the CCL and CPF Bulletin was called the ‘CCL Bulletin’ before the introduction of CPF in 2013.
