The Commonwealth is a diverse community of 53 nations that work together to promote prosperity, democracy and peace.
In April 2018, the UK hosted the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) where leaders from all the member countries gathered in London and Windsor. The leaders came together to reaffirm our common values, address the shared global challenges we face and agree how to work together to create a better future for all our citizens.
Building on this momentum, the Commonwealth Heads of Statistics Conference 2018 (CHoSC18) aimed to bring together Heads of Statistics to share knowledge, good practice and tackle common statistical issues. The conference took place on the 22 – 23 November 2018 at the KIA Oval, London.
The next CHoSC will be hosted by Rwanda.
We also encourage all Commonwealth Heads of Statistics to attend the 62nd ISI World Statistics Congress 2019 to be held on 18-23 August in Kuala Lumpur. For more details please visit http://www.isi2019.org
