Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation 2008 (WIMD) - Summary Report

This report provides a summary analysis for the overall Index and each of the eight domains in the Index. The Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation 2008 (WIMD) is the official measure of deprivation for small areas in Wales. It replaces the index which was produced in 2005.

Revision note

As the result of an error found in the physical environment domain, the lower-layer super output area (LSOA) scores and ranks in the physical environment domain and the overall index were revised on 13 July 2010.
