The initial results from the ‘Welsh Bus Passenger Survey, 2010’, produced by the Welsh Assembly Government, were published on 11 March 2011 according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.

The headline findings were that for Wales as a whole:

  • 88 per cent of bus passengers were satisfied with their bus journey.
  • 61 per cent of fare paying passengers were satisfied with the value for money of their journey.
  • 76 per cent of bus passengers were satisfied with the punctuality of their bus.
