Statistics on GP Referrals received at Welsh Local Health Boards for a first outpatient appointment include data for Wales for the period October 2012 to February 2013. The latest release updates the statistics previously released on 6 March 2013.

The key points from the latest release are:

  • The number of GP referrals for a first outpatient appointment received at a Welsh Local Health Board was 63,046 in February 2013.

All figures relating to February 2013 are provisional.
