StatsWales

StatsWales allows visitors to view, manipulate, create and download tables from the most detailed official data on Wales.

We are pleased to announce the launch of StatsWales today. The site can be reached at the following URLs.

http://statswales.wales.gov.uk
http://statscymru.cymru.gov.uk

You should find it easier to search for and access the data you need, add charts, and share bespoke arrangements of reports.

Please Register…
We intend to develop the system further during the coming months. Registering on the new site allows us to better understand people's use of the site, tailor our developments and create better views and publications. It also means that we can contact you about site wide developments as they come on line (of course you can opt out of these messages if you wish).

Finally, registering also allows you to subscribe to specific areas of the catalogue as they are updated and design private views for your own use similar to the old system.

The old system will still available until 31st December - this is to provide people with time to re-create any views and support the data transition period. This site is not being updated and you should always check the new site for the data you need before accessing data here.

A comprehensive help guide has been produced which includes a training video to talk you through the main features of the new site. The new system may take a little getting used to, but we really hope that you enjoy the new enhancements and updated interface we’ve implemented.

Any further queries can be sent to stats.web@wales.gsi.gov.uk.
