Statistics on rural areas, outputs & inputs of agriculture & the food industry (including the environmental consequences) and on animal and plant health are provided by Defra.

The Marine Management Organisation (MMO) provides statistical information about the UK Fishing Industry while statistics on UK forestry and primary wood processing are published by the Forestry Commission (FC).
