Data for the areas identified in the Wales Spatial Plan.

Mid-year estimates of population relate to the usually resident population of an area as at 30 June each year. The estimated resident population of an area includes all people who usually live there, whatever their nationality. Population estimates are available at a Wales, local authority and small area level.

The Spatial Plan Data Project has also developed some estimates of long term population change for the areas identified in the Wales Spatial Plan.
