Once the census is live, we encourage all LAs to check the accuracy of the list of establishments expected to complete a return, which is held on COLLECT.
Any additions, deletions or amendments should be forwarded to the helpdesk by completing a service request form. The helpdesk has already received a large number of amendments to the expected list. We are working through these in the order they were received, but there is a possibility that not all amendments will have been made by the census live date. We will make your amendments as soon as possible, but please do not email the helpdesk again with details of changes that you have already notified us of.
